It feels so good to be busy with my upcoming trip to the UK.

There is only one thing left that is a possible threath, and that's my fulltime job. If I can't continue 37 hours a week when I return, I have to quit and find something else. There is no way I can combine Mac and something else without having a standard contract.

Anyway... lots of awesome plans and finally a decent route coming up: Pennine Way, train to Glasgow, West Highland Way, Great Glen Way... Than back to Glasgow to pic up Nina and do the WHW again together (third time ^_^)

I bought my very first block organic Tofu. I am so happy!

I think I am at the point where I want to start to lower the amount of meat in my diet.
Since I moved out I hardly have eaten any meat, chicken or fish and my digestive system is feeling so incredible!

In the past I ate meat on my sandwiches and at diner every evening. Now, it's maybe two or three times a week. Plus, it's so expensive! I have a budget of €25,- each weak and it's a bitch to buy all my groceries (including my cats and laundry stuff).
On the other hand, it is really cool to do groceries and do fun stuff with my food.

Especcialy the spagetti I make tastes really good and I want to make Falafel next week. My sister has some awesome vegetarian recepies and knows a lot about vegan and vegetarian food. She is also quite good with tofu and tempeh.
So.. tomorow I'm going to do some research in the stores and I think it's cool to do a little grocery haul kinda thing... can't wait!

I just got a letter from my health insurance... they are going to pay back two bills I paid last month. And to be honoust, it is a big amounth of money, so I'm very happy!

2009 was a good, yet weird year. I growed a lot and experienced the meaning of true friendship (:3 Vicceh, Beaver and Pip)
I made changes in my life in 2009 and stepped of the main road, to follow my own little trail in the wood. Said goodbye and hello. Had a couple of crappy moment, but had a couple of good ones too which I will carry with me forever. 2009 was a year of development and taking chances.
I got a -good- job, and I said goodbye after two months. I met a boy who loved me and I turned him away. I finished school and said goodbye to people I still miss every single day. It was a good year, 2009
